Prior to joining Miller & Martin PLLC, Mr. Hamilton obtained a JD from the University of Tennessee Law School in 1992 and a BA from Furman University in 1988.
He served as Assistant Editor and Staff writer for the Tennessee Law Review.
Mr. Hamilton is a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Business and Corporate Law and a member of Tennessee Bar Association.
He published "Tennessee's Long-Awaited Adoption of Promissory Fraud" Steed Realty v.
Oveisi, 59" Tennessee Law Review 2, in winter of 1992.
Mr. Hamilton is a past participant for the Chamber of Commerce CEO Roundtable.
