Mr. Schnieder is co-founder and Managing Director of Schneider Huse & Associates, LLC, an Indianapolis-based corporate finance advisory firm.
Schneider Huse provides sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition advisory services and later stage capital raising services for middle market companies with enterprise values typically in excess of $10 million.
Prior to forming Schneider Huse, Mr. Schnieder headed the Indianapolis office of Banc One Capital Markets where he had origination and execution responsibilities for a broad product set including: Mergers & Acquisitions; Leveraged Finance; Loan Syndications; Asset Securitizations; High Yield Securities; Investment Grade Securities; Derivatives; Private Placements; and Tax-Exempt Finance.
His career in commercial and investment banking began in 1980.
Mr. Schnieder earned a BS Degree in Finance from Ball State University in 1980 and an MBA from Butler University in 1989.
Mr. Schnieder's current community activities include: Board of Directors, Ball State University Foundation; Board of Directors and President-elect, Venture Club of Indiana; Advisory Board, Centerfield Capital Partners; and Advisory Board, Ball State University Entrepreneurship Program.
