Earlier in his career, Mr. Cohen served as President and CEO of Card Guard USA, a leader in telemedicine monitoring systems and he held executive positions with Respironics and Datascope Corporation.
Mr. Cohen received a BSEE degree from California State Polytechnic University and MSEE degree from University of California, Los Angeles.
