Palmer is the Head of Portfolio Construction at Schroders Private Bank.
He commenced his investment career in 2000 in Australia before joining Schroders in London in 2003, becoming a Client Director specialising in investment policy advice and asset allocation modelling for charities and private clients.
He was appointed Head of Portfolio Construction for Schroders Private Banking in London in March 2008, responsible for investment selection, portfolio construction and portfolio management for private bank portfolios.
He is a member of the Schroders Private Banking Investment Committee.
Mr. Palmer holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Murdoch University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Securities Institute of Australia and the Investment Management Certificate.
