Prior to joining CrossHarbor Capital Partners, Mr. Garrow spent 10 years at Citizens Financial Group where he held various executive positions including that of President, Managing Director, and Founder of Citizens Capital, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Garrow was responsible for a fund-of-funds portfolio consisting of over 30 private equity funds located throughout the United States.
Mr. Garrow also held the position of Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Citizens Financial Group's MidAtlantic operations.
Prior to Citizens Financial Group, Mr. Garrow was a Vice President and team leader with Fleet Financial Group and Bank of New England.
While at Fleet Financial Group, Mr. Garrow also co-founded the bank's commercial real estate special servicing company.
Mr. Garrow holds a BS from Indiana University and an MBA from Northeastern University.
