He is a member of CFA Institute and the Phoenix CFA Society.
He is a Board member of the Arizona Chapter of the Nature Conservancy and served as Chairman from 2000 to 2003.
Mr. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991.
