Carlo co-founded WestView Capital along with Rick Williams in 2004 and has been a private equity investor in growth companies since 1990.
Prior to WestView Capital, Carlo was a General Partner of Weston Presidio, a private equity firm which managed five funds totaling over $3.3 billion in capital.
Carlo joined Weston Presidio in 1992 as the second professional in its Boston office, prior to which he was a Vice President at Security Pacific Capital and a District Engineer at Shell Canada.
Carlo received his B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from Queen's University (Ontario, Canada) and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
He graduated as a member of the New England Chapter of YPO and is a past Director of the New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA)
Carlo invests in the growth industrial, consumer and business services sectors.
