Mr. Chad A. Leiding is Vice President & Director-Compliance at American Benefit Life Insurance Co. Prior to joining American Benefit, he was a senior compliance analyst with Transamerica Life Insurance Company from 1999 to 2006.
He was responsible for ensuring Transamerica’s operations were in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as Insurance Marketplace Standards Association standards.
He was instrumental in instituting audits of the operations areas to ensure business was being processed according to applicable regulations and IMSA standards.
Before joining Transamerica, he was a compliance professional for Prudential Insurance Company of America from 1995 to 1999.
He was also a technical advisor for claims related to Prudential’s class action lawsuit regarding sales practices.
Mr. Leiding has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota.
