Mr. Ed L.
Carey is a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Clarion Partners LLC and a Co-President at Clarion Partners Property Trust, Inc. He is a member of the Firm's Executive Board.
As Portfolio Manager, has overall responsibility for Fund management and strategy, including the investment and operating policies of the Fund and monitoring the performance of the management team.
He joined Clarion in 2007 and has over 33 years of real estate experience in investment management, finance and strategic transactions.
He is a member of several real estate organizations including the Wharton School Zell/Laurie Real Estate Center and the Urban Land Institute.
Mr. Carey was previously employed as a Managing Director by Clarion Partners LLC / Private Equity.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania.
