Ms. Olney joined the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund in 2009 as a project associate, supporting the Solar Thermal Incentive Program and Geothermal Heat Pump Incentive Program.
In this capacity, she processes incentive applications, maintains records, and prepares reports.
Prior to joining CCEF, she worked in the University of Connecticut’s Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics as a teaching and research assistant, with a special interest in energy economics.
She holds a Master of Science degree in agricultural and resource economics from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
