Mr. Glenn Crafford is Senior Managing Director at Focus Capital Group, Inc. He is a Senior Managing Director of Focus Capital and Co-Head of its Mergers and Acquisitions practice.
He has practiced investment banking since 1982, with extensive experience in all facets of public and private M&A activity.
Mr. Crafford was previously a Managing Director in the M&A department at Deutsche Bank where he was the lead senior M&A banker for clients covered by the Industrials Group.
In addition, he headed the firm’s going-private and Special Committee advisory practice, was a member of the Operating Committee for the firm’s North America M&A practice, and was a frequent member and chair of the firm’s fairness opinion review process.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, he was the senior banker responsible for the U.S.
– Japan cross-border advisory practice of James D.
Wolfensohn, Inc. He began his investment banking career at Dean Witter Reynolds and was a founding member and shareholder of the boutique advisory firm of Peers & Co. He has extensive experience in acquisitions of public and private companies, the sale of public companies and private companies, divestitures, merger advisory, unsolicited offers, leveraged buyouts, and advice to principals and Special Committees in going-private transactions.
Mr. Crafford graduated from The College of William & Mary in Virginia, and received a MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
He was previously a CPA with the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand.
He designed and is presently an Instructor for a Distinguished Course, Applied Financial Concepts, at the Mason School of Business at William & Mary.
He holds the Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses.
