Griffin participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private credit investments in North America.
Prior to joining Northleaf in 2022, Griffin was a Director, Private Credit at NXT Capital where he led the structuring, negotiation, underwriting and execution of financing transactions for companies in the healthcare sector.
Previously, Griffin held various investment roles at Reinsurance Group of America.
Prior to that he was at Summit Strategies Group on the Capital Markets team and started his career at Centene Corporation.
Griffin received a Master of Business Administration from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University
