Prior to joining TD Capital, Mr. Potter worked as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch in Toronto, where he executed Canadian and cross-border corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions assignments for companies in various industries.
Mr. Potter received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with Distinction from the I.H.
Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, where he earned the Gold Medal in Finance.
