Mr. Jeffrey Culpepper is Head of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse AG.
He joins Credit Suisse after a distinguished career in investment banking spanning more than 20 years in the MENA region.
Most recently, he was Head of Global Markets and Investment Banking in the Middle East and North Africa for Merrill Lynch.
In this role, he was CEO of Merrill Lynch's Dubai branch and Chairman of Merrill Lynch Saudi Arabia.
Prior to that role, he spent eight years with Deutsche Bank where he was Head of the Corporate and Investment Banking Group in the Middle East and North Africa.
Prior to this, he spent twelve years with Chase Manhattan Bank where he was Head of their MEA Oil & Gas Group.
During his career, he has been a founding board member of a number of leading institutions in the region, including Deutsche Al-Azizia Financial Services and Dar Al-Istithmar.
He also is the founder of a microfinance company that benefits businesswomen in Yemen.
