Joe Fleres joined White Wolf Capital in November 2020 and is currently a Vice President managing and overseeing the firm’s various administrative functions.
Prior to White Wolf, Joe graduated the Miami-Dade School of Justice, Police Academy in 1998 and subsequently served the Miami community as a police officer for 22 years.
During his tenure as a law enforcement officer, Joe was assigned to various units, including the Street Crimes Unit, Internal Affairs Investigations Unit, Internal Affairs Anti-Corruption Unit, Traffic Homicide Unit, and retired while serving as the Community Team Leader.
Joe has earned numerous commendations and awards, and holds 30 specialized training certificates from several Federal, State, and local law enforcement training institutes.
Joe continues to be an active member with the Fraternal Order of Police and the Dade County Retired Police Officer’s Council.
