The non-profit company is based in Santa Paula, CA. The museum, housed in historic buildings, offers rotating exhibitions featuring artists such as Cornelis Botke and Pam Grau, and produces an "Inside the Artist's Studio" video series showcasing local artists. It operates Wednesday through Sunday with modest admission fees, offering free entry to children, students, members, and on the first Sunday of each month, and participates in the Museums for All program for EBT cardholders and their families. Adjacent to the museum is the Cole Creativity Center, which provides year-round art classes and workshops for all ages and skill levels, including painting, drawing, printmaking, ceramics, fiber arts, and special workshops.
