He served as General Manager for the Industrial Products Division of General Bearing from 1991 to 1995 and Chief Metallurgist from 1987 to 1991.
Mr. Hoo received a BS degree in Engineering from the National University of Japan and an MSE in Metallurgy and Engineering from the University of Michigan.
