Mr. Hargreaves, as head of the Real Estate Finance Group for Babson Capital Management LLC, is responsible for a full service real estate finance organization that manages over $17 billion in real estate debt with annual investment activity of over $4 billion.
Previously he served as regional director in the Atlanta Regional Office and head of the Mortgage Portfolio Department.
He is a director for Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc. Cornerstone is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the MassMutual and manages a $5 billion real estate equity portfolio.
Mr. Hargreaves is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America's Commercial Real Estate Finance/Multifamily Board of Governors and also serves on the Investment Committee for LOMA. He is also on the Board of Managers for Wrightwood Capital.
Mr. Hargreaves holds a BA degree in business administration from Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania and MBA degree in finance from Northeastern University.
