Kevin founded RedCloud Capital in 2004 to invest in lower middle market, entrepreneur-led businesses.
Kevin also co-founded Lariat Partners in 2013 and invested an $120mm institutional fund through 2018.
Over the past fifteen years Kevin has invested in twelve platform companies and over a dozen add-on acquisitions.
Throughout his private equity career, Kevin's focus has been to partner with founders and CEO's committed to building industry leading companies.
Kevin has served on the board of directors of all RedCloud and Lariat portfolio companies.
He is currently Chairman of the Boards of Ecoserv and Northern Agri Holdings.
Prior to founding RedCloud, he was Managing Director of FMI Corporation, a middle-market investment banking and management consulting firm focused on the engineering and construction industry.
