Kirby, graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2015 with a Master degree in Management.
After graduation, she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant in Advisory Department for 2 years.
She was mainly responsible for Financial Due Diligence, to participate in nearly 10 FDD projects, including real-estate, medical and supply chain industry.
The FDD work consists of: data collection from the Target, analysis of the financial data, voucher sampling, etc.
In addition, Kirby also participated in Pwc Industry Analysis Report releasing, including 2016 first half and full year medical industry M&A analysis and 2017 first half year real-estate industry M&A analysis.
Kirby accumulated transaction-related due diligence experience, with strong capabilities of financial data analysis and industry information analysis.
In 2017, she was awarded as the “Star Employee” in Pwc.
