Mr. Larry J.
Bernhard is Chief Compliance Officer & Business Manager at Foster & Motley, Inc. He joined the firm in December 2010.
In 1980, Mr. Bernhard began working as a co-op with Bartlett & Co., an Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer in Cincinnati.
Following graduation he began his full time career with the firm.
From 1985 through 2004 he managed various departments within Operations and earned his Series 7 Financial Certification.
When Bartlett & Co. became solely an Investment Advisor in 2005, he became the firm's Compliance Officer, developing and implementing the firm's compliance program.
He served in that capacity through 2008.
From June 2009 through December 2010, Mr. Bernhard worked as a Compliance Officer for two highly respected Cincinnati firms; Western & Southern Financial Group and General Electric Credit Union.
He is a current member of Cincinnati's Compliance Roundtable.
Mr. Bernhard graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1983 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
He also completed the University's Cooperative Education Program (co-op).
