Mr. Martin Crabtree is the Head of Loan Operations at Hayfin Capital Management LLP.
He has more than 25 years of financial markets experience.
Prior to joining Hayfin, he established and managed three CLO programmes (totalling Euro 1.2 billion) for CQS, as well as CQS’ Loan TRS programmes (Euro 1 billion).
He spent 20 years with Credit Suisse, where he was the Head of Loan Operations, covering both back and middle office functions, as well as loans administration, deal closing and loan agency.
