Mr. Michael A. Stahel is a Partner at LGT ILS Partners AG.
He joined the group in June 2012.
Before that, Mr. Stahel served as Head of the Insurance-Linked Investments at Clariden Leu from 2006 until 2012, performing the same role and building the current team.
Before this, Mr. Stahel spent eight years with Swiss Re in various positions in Zurich and in London, where he was involved in structuring insurance-linked securities and trading insurance risk derivatives on behalf of Swiss Re’s proprietary book.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Applied Science in Zurich and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Rochester University (New York).
