Mr. Jarrett has over 10 years of private practice legal experience at international law firms advising companies, directors and shareholders on a wide variety of corporate matters, in particular private equity investments, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and restructurings and has worked with a diverse client base across a number of sectors including real estate, insurance, media and energy.
Mr. Jarrett received a BA (Hons) in Maritime Defence, Management and Technology from the Royal Naval Engineering College and a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Distinction in the Legal Practices Course from the College of Law.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Jarrett served in the rank of Lieutenant Commander as a warfare officer in the Royal Navy.
