Mr. Olivier Meyer is Chief Operating Officer at Alken Asset Management LLP.
He joined is the Chief Operating Officer in charge of Operations, legal, accounting, HR, IT infrastructure and compliance.
He began his career in 1994 with Concorde Bank, Barbados, as an IT Director.
In 1998, he became senior IT consultant for Wave Solutions, an IT consulting company in London.
He successfully managed several time-critical IT projects in Eastern Europe.
In 2002, he joined Finance Technology SA, a core banking software company.
He setup the UK operations and was also a driving force in restructuring the company in 2002 to restore profitability.
The UK operations then generated 65% of Finance Technology SA revenues.
He was a Board member and was instrumental in structuring the divestment of Finance Technology SA to IBM in May 2005.
He graduated from Institut Superieur de Gestion and holds a Corporate Finance degree from London Business School.
