Mr. Swearingen, a Chartered Financial Analyst, began his industry career in 1984 at a Norwegian seismic company, and worked for several years in the private placement group of MetLife.
Mr. Swearingen has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
