Philip P.
Steptoe is the Vice President and General Counsel of Navigant Consulting, Inc. Prior to joining Navigant Consulting, Inc., Mr. Steptoe was a partner with the national law firm of Sidley & Austin.
During 1994-1995, he served for four months as Acting General Counsel for Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., a New York electric and gas utility whose management was replaced.
He was a partner in the Chicago law firm of Isham, Lincoln & Beale from 1976 until 1988.
Mr. Steptoe has over twenty years of legal experience in commercial litigation, rate-making, professional malpractice and corporate contracting.
Mr. Steptoe earned an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and a J.D.
degree from the University of Virginia.
He is a graduate of the KMI Program of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
