Mr. Horstmann was one of the founding partners of Thomson Hortsmann & Bryant in 1982.
Prior to starting THB, he worked for Citibank in its Institutional Investment Division from 1968 to 1982.
Mr. Horstmann received a BS and MBA from Lehigh University in 1966 and 1967, respectively.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
