Prior to the Citigroup/Legg Mason exchange, Mr. Ceisler was with Citigroup Asset Management and its predecessor firms since he began his career in 1957.
Starting out as a junior research analyst with Carl M.
Loeb, Rhoades & Company in 1957, he subsequently worked on special projects with the institutional department before becoming a portfolio manager in 1964, overseeing separate accounts.
He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, the Association for Investment Management & Research, and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
Mr. Ceisler received his BA. from Cornell University and his MBA. from The Wharton School of Finance & Commerce.
He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1972.
