He is both a lawyer and a certified public accountant.
Prior to Juxtapose, Shawn spent time in financial and tax advisory.
Most recently, he was a senior tax consultant at Deloitte, where he counseled multinational organizations on complex financial & tax compliance matters.
He has a JD and an MA in Accounting from the University of Miami, and an MSM and a BS from the University of Florida.
