Mr. Shrikant Bahadkar joined 3i in January 2009, bringing with him more than eight years of experience in Finance & Advisory services of which the last 2 years have been in Private Equity.
Prior to his current assignment, he was a Senior Specialist with the Project Finance and Advisory team at IDFC, a leading private sector financial institution providing financial services to the infrastructure sector.
He has executed transactions across energy, transportation, and food & agriculture sectors.
Shrikant has also done a stint with I-Flex Solutions Limited, one of the leading Technology companies in India.
He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Mumbai University and has an MMS (Finance) from JBIMS, Mumbai.
