Warren has had a broad and international career.
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1981 with Touche Ross in London he became a director of a private media investment company based in London and New York.
He joined the turn-around team of a UK/US based international engineering company, in which he became joint Managing Director, and led the sale to a UK plc.
He was a director and partner in Ernst & Young based in London, Prague and the Middle East focusing on corporate finance and investment.
From 1996 to 2000 he established and was Partner in Charge of Arthur Andersen’s Asia Pacific Privatisation and Infrastructure Finance Practice and established a corporate finance team focused on the ICM sectors.
In March 2001 he established the east coast operations of Mainsheet Corporate, a former division of Freehills that specialised in corporate strategy and investment.
Other roles prior to taking up his position with Hawkesbridge included: seed shareholder and director of Smarttrack Pty Ltd, Chairman and seed shareholder of Zentronix Pty Ltd (now Windspring Inc), co-founding shareholder of 4 Square Media Pty Ltd, Chairman and founding shareholder of Live Events Wireless Pty Ltd.
Warren holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Finance from Lancaster University and is a FCA (ICEAW).
