Jacques Turgeon

Jacques Turgeon is the founder of GalenusRx, Inc. (founded in 2023) and currently holds the position of Co-Chief Executive & Scientific Officer.
He is also currently the Chief Executive Officer of Precision Pharmacotherapy Research & Development Institute, Treasurer & Director of The American Society for Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics (since 2019), Research Director of The Quebec Heart Institute, Director-Quebec Cardiovascular Network of Fonds de la Recherche en Santé du Québec (Canada), a Member of the American Heart Association, Inc. and the International Society for the Study of Xenobiotics, and a Chief Scientific Officer of Tabula Rasa Healthcare, Inc. (since 2015).
Additionally, Dr. Turgeon is a Member of the Canadian Society of Pharmacology & Therapeutics.
In the past, he held the position of Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Centre Hospitalier de l'Universite de Montreal (2014-2015) and Senior Director-Pharmacokinetics Department at Phoenix International Life Sciences, Inc. (1999-2000).
Dr. Turgeon has also served as a Director at Centre De Recherche Du Centre Hospitalier De L’Université De M and as Vice Rector at the University of Montréal.
He has held the title of Professor at Université Laval and the University of Florida College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Turgeon's education includes a graduate and doctorate degree from Université Laval (conferred in 1985 and 1988, respectively) and an undergraduate degree from Université Laval (conferred in 1983).
