Albert E.
Mouncer is General Counsel, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Services for Energy Northwest and a Member of the National Management Association.
He joined Energy in 1980.
Previously, he was Senior Counsel for Commercial and Financial matters and Staff Attorney of Energy Northwest.
Prior to Energy Mr. Mouncer was Deputy Prosecuting Attorney of Benton County and an Assistant City Attorney of the City of Aberdeen.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Washington State University and a Law degree from Gonzaga University.
He attended Advanced Management and International Senior Manager Program and the MIT Reactor Technology Program at Harvard University.
