Prior to Ascalon, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Challenger Funds Management.
He started his career at Bankers Trust where he worked extensively across the operations side of funds management.
He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Newcastle.
He studied leadership at the University of Chicago in 2003.
