Profil
Mr. Weber joined ORIX Venture Finance in June 2005.
Most recently, he was Senior Manager of Corporate Finance for Broadcom Corporation, where he assisted with mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic planning in the mobile and broadband semiconductor markets.
Prior to Broadcom Corporation, Mr. Weber worked for Deloitte & Touche in its Valuation and Finance Consulting Group; for Comdisco Ventures, where he helped underwrite and originate more than $200 million in venture debt transactions; and as a consultant for Malibu Networks, a venture backed wireless systems provider, where he sourced over $9 million from a syndicate of lenders.
Mr. Weber graduated with an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A., with honors, from UC Davis.
Mr. Weber has passed the Level I and II CFA exams.
