Since joining Cube IM in April 2010, Caroline has focused on the acquisitions and the asset management of the public transport platform in Cube Infrastructure Fund, and the water and waste sector.
Caroline was notably involved in the acquisitions of Netinera Germany and Boreal Transport.
In January 2015 Caroline was appointed Head of Investor Relations, and in that role she coordinates the Manager’s investor relations efforts as well as the fundraising for Cube Infrastructure Fund II.
Previously, Caroline has spent 8 years in different infrastructure companies with an experience as senior financial controller, her last position was with Veolia.
There she monitored and validated acquisition, tenders, financing of assets and the financial performance of subsidiaries notably in Germany and in eastern Europe, but also the global performance of the Group and its strategic outlook.
Caroline holds a M.Sc.
in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics.
A Swedish citizen, she is fluent in French and English, and has a reasonable command of Norwegian, Danish and German.
