Prior to Jushi, Carter was an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley in the consumer & retail group.
Carter cofounded a non-profit called The Anti-Racism Fund (ARF), which provides capital to organizations as a way to inject social change.
ARF has raised over one million dollars to date.
Carter graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania where he studied political science
