Mr. Chadwick V.
Mallow, CFA MBA, is a President & Chief Executive Officer at ACM Advisors Ltd. He joined ACM Advisors in 2004 as Assistant Vice President – Investments.
In 2007, he was promoted to Vice President – Investments and was responsible for leading the sourcing and underwriting of lending opportunities for all of ACM’s funds.
In 2011, he moved into the role of Vice President – Business Development and was responsible for the sales and marketing of ACM’s funds.
In September 2012, he was appointed President of the company.
Mr. Mallow's professional experience includes four years as a commercial mortgage lender with Scotia Capital’s Corporate Banking real estate division and a year as a commercial real estate advisor.
He was also a part-time instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2011, and taught a variety of courses focused on the evaluation, development and implementation of business strategy.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, and is a registered sub mortgage broker under the British Columbia Ministry of Finance Mortgage Brokers Act.
