Chow is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of DanCourt Management LLC, which was founded in 1999.
He is currently the Chairman of VanEck Vectors ETF Trust since 2006, the Director of MainStay Funds Trust since 2016, the Director of MainStay VP Funds Trust since 2016, the Director of CFA Society Stamford since 2009, the Independent Trustee of Mainstay Mackay Definedterm Municipal Opportunities Fund since 2015, a Trustee of Berea College since 2009, a Member-Governing Council of Independent Directors Council since 2012, and a Trustee of MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund since 2021.
