He was Director of Accounting Policies and Procedures at Goldome from 1987 until 1991 when Goldome was acquired by KeyCorp.
Prior to joining Goldome, he spent ten years in the audit practice of KPMG, an international accounting firm.
Mr. Wagner graduated with highest distinction from Colorado State University with a B.S.
in finance.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
