Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he was responsible for European sales at Rolfe & Nolan Plc, a firm specialising in margin and risk management systems for futures and options.
Mr. Schots is a Fellow of the Securities and Investments Institute and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France.
