Profil
Mr. Eugene Botha is a Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Momentum Manager of Managers (Pty) Ltd. and a Head of Portfolio Solutions at Momentum Outcome-based Solutions (Pty) Ltd. Since 2007, Mr. Botha has been the Portfolio Manager on the absolute return portfolios within the company as well as all fixed interest portfolios.
During this tenure as Portfolio Manager, he also managed large bespoke client solutions.
He was promoted to Head of Quantitative Research in 2011 and, in the subsequent year, promoted to Head of Research at Momentum Manager of Managers.
In 2016, he was promoted to head up the Portfolio Solutions team, responsible for the portfolio construction, implementation and management of the outcome based philosophy in the multi-asset client solutions.
Mr. Botha was joined the Advantage Asset Management team as a Quantitative Research Analyst.
He holds a BSc Actuarial Science (Hons) and and MSc in Quantitative Risk Management in 2005 from the University of the North West.
