Prior to joining Norshield, Francis provided analytic research for hybrid products and structured securities at National Bank Financial.
In addition, he created and built Merrill Lynch’s Small Cap Index including a 24-industry classification.
Francis researches and develops alternative investment models and tools.
His present projects include small cap and large cap momentum models; sector and industry momentum models; sector rotation models; value and growth rotation models.
Francis graduated from Les Hautes Etudes Commerciales, University of Montreal, with a Master of Science in Finance
