Mr. Black later ran the firm´s global institutional business.
In 2001, Bernstein was acquired by Alliance Capital.
He also work as CEO of Aegon Asset Management.
He was awarded an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and earned his B.S.
in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
