Mr. Werner has 18 years of valuation, consulting, and appraisal review experience involving a wide variety of residential and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada including the valuation of investment-grade office, industrial, retail, multi-family, lodging and special purpose developments.
Before joining Kennedy, Mr. Werner was Vice President, Senior Consultant for Bank of America's commercial real estate valuation division.
Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Werner was an appraiser with Joseph Blake & Associates, followed by a senior position with Lyon, Skelte & Speirs.
He began his career as a residential appraiser with Home Savings and Loan (now Washington Mutual) and appraised numerous properties throughout the San Francisco Bay area.
Mr. Werner received his BA degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and holds the MAI designation awarded by The Appraisal Institute.
