Prior to AIB, he was a Director of US equities at Schroders Investment Management with responsibility for its North American Retail Trust, Institutional Offshore and Diversified Funds.
He began his career at Legal & General in 1973 becoming a North America Fund Manager in 1982 and reaching the position of Head of the North American desk before moving on in 2001.
