Mr. John P.
Evans, II, is a Managing Director & Chief Investment Counsel at SageView Advisory Group LLC.
Mr. Evans provides clients with in-depth analysis of retirement plan investment options and other relevant information to assist them in their fiduciary investment decisions on behalf of plan participants.
As SageView’s Chief Investment Counsel, he utilizes his knowledge and experience of Profit Sharing/401(k) plans, Defined Benefit plans, Money Purchase Pensions plans, 403(b) plans, Nonqualified/Deferred Compensation plans, investment analysis, and monitoring.
He is a voting member of the SageView Investment Committee and also supports our clients as member of the 3(38), equity research and Institutional Asset Allocation sub-committees.
He has over 20 years of retirement services experience, he has worked with several major banks and consulting firms.
He began his career as a Trust Accountant for Riggs National Bank of Washington, D.C.
in 1990.
Mr. Evans earned a B.A. from the University of Maryland and has attained the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies-University of Pittsburgh.
He also holds multiple securities registrations.
