Mr. Jason S.
England is a Managing Director, Portfolio Manager & Fixed Income Strategist at Simplify Asset Management, Inc. He focused on Simplify’s Fixed Income strategies and has 30 years of investment industry experience.
Prior to joining Simplify in 2024, Mr. England was a global bonds portfolio manager with Janus Henderson Investors from 2017 to 2024.
He was responsible for co-managing the Short Duration Income and Short Duration Income Plus strategies and most recently head of the U.S desk for these strategies and lead portfolio manager on the Short Duration Income ETF (VNLA).
He also appeared regularly in the financial media for the firm.
Previously, Mr. England was with PIMCO from 1994 to 2015, most recently as senior vice president and portfolio manager for core sector fund separate account portfolios.
He holds both an MBA and a bachelor of science degree in business administration with emphasis in finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
