Bringard, aged 67 years is the Chairman for the Board of Directors since its inception in 2002.
He was the interim President and Chief Executive Officer from our inception until June 2003.
He retired in June 1998 as Vice President-General Counsel of Ford Motor Credit Company and as a member of its Executive Committee, having been employed by Ford Credit for 38 years.
Since that time, he has focused on educational and philanthropic activities.
He currently is President Emeritus of William Tyndale College and a member of its Board of Directors.
He also serves as Chairman of the Law Committee of the American Financial Services Association and as Chairman-Emeritus of The Conference on Consumer Finance Law.
